ONE ZERO Digital Bank interview questions

I was reached out by HR via a phone call and scheduled a phone interview for the next day. After approximately 40 minutes from the scheduled hour without receiving any call I sent a message to the recruiter. Regardless of the unprofessional cause for that the interview was conducted after an hour and a half of delay. Although I was asked relevant questions it seemed like the recruiter didn't even read my resume. I didn't bother when it wasn't a match.

I interviewed for a software development role at One Zero. Overall, the interview process initially felt positive. I progressed through the stages and had a front-facing interview with the team leader, where I felt a strong connection and believed I performed well. However, after the final interview, communication completely stalled. Nearly two months have passed without any feedback or updates. Two weeks after the interview, I proactively reached out to let them know I had applied for another position, giving them an opportunity to provide a response or continue the conversation, but I never received a callback or any form of acknowledgment. It was disappointing because I genuinely felt I had a good chance with One Zero, but the lack of follow-up made it feel like they simply forgot about me. The experience left me feeling that the recruiting process was unprofessional and that candidate care was not a priority for them.
