The interview process for OSE was basically split into two parts. An initial phone screening, then an in-person. At the in-person interview they started with a relaxed conversation which included discussing company culture, a bit about what I like to do outside of work/employment history...the usual stuff. Then the interview really stepped up a gear where I was required to do a developer test on a whiteboard. No Googling, just a marker. This was actually pretty cool, still relaxed, but they do require you to pretty much ace it to get a job. I had heard this was the case. I was lucky enough to do well and get a job, but even if I hadn't I think they would have been respectful.
