It was asked to prepare for concepts for the interview and it will be onboard drawing concepts for PHP.
Then 1-1 interview was scheduled to go through the questions. It wasn't told the questions was just PHP specific or framework specific and the type of test.
The test was reading a question and write a program in a textbox with no support of autocomplete and PHP IDE.
The company owner will watch along the whole test to see what you are searching to understand your thinking.
If you find the answer by searching the error by mistake then you are out of test but no warning will be given at the beginning regarding what to do and what not to do so watch out for this trap.

Question 1
Write a php program in a textbox. You need to make the program success with getting no warning and displaying the right output within the given timeframe.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at OSE (Brisbane) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process for OSE was basically split into two parts. An initial phone screening, then an in-person.
At the in-person interview they started with a relaxed conversation which included discussing company culture, a bit about what I like to do outside of work/employment history...the usual stuff. Then the interview really stepped up a gear where I was required to do a developer test on a whiteboard. No Googling, just a marker.
This was actually pretty cool, still relaxed, but they do require you to pretty much ace it to get a job. I had heard this was the case. I was lucky enough to do well and get a job, but even if I hadn't I think they would have been respectful.
