Interview process typical. Several phone screens followed up by an in person interview. The lack of follow up as a candidate was unprofessional. And the discussion of salary was lowered after I was told a higher compensation rate.

Interview
Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. A few days later heard back from the recruiter to schedule a interview with the manager. After the phone interview I did not hear back from the company after reaching out out to the recruiter multiple times. Poor communication for a start up company.
