The person asked be a few questions. I then asked if Oak Street Health had a recruiting strategy or initiatives in place to hire diverse candidates? The interviewer did not understand my question and then I asked it again and indicated what in place at my previous employer. There is not a diversity recruiting strategy in place at Oak Street Health and this was evident by the interviewer's response. Maybe candidates should speak to HR first and then to others in various departments. I was not impressed and have no interest in working at a company that does not support diversity and inclusion efforts. Especially in our current climate of affairs.
