Fairly straightforward process. Recruiter handles the interview flow with leadership. No clinical questions. Mostly want to know teamwork style and why they’re company/mission. Would prepare with routine behavior interview questions.

Interview
Screening by recruiter, then it is a virtual interview with director followed by an onsite interview where they ask a standard set of behavioral questions and one clinical question. You then get the opportunity shadow a physician for one or two patients.

If there were two options for correct treatment between two NPs, how would you choose the best treatment?
Initial phone interview followed by second phone interview with medical staff, followed by in person interview with department chief, followed by, virtual interview with regional director, followed by phone discussion with HR staff.
