I've applied to several positions at Oak Street. Twice I've received a rejection email, several times I've heard nothing. The only time I got a phone screen was by chance seeing the recruiter on LinkedIn. The phone screen was fine, I was told I'd hear next steps in a week and over a month later it's still crickets. Not sure what's going on with their recruitment but they don't seem organized or just don't care about the candidates.
