1.Initial phone call 2.Online Assessment 3. 3 Stage in person interview (Technical, Case Study, Values) Stage 1 was good; getting to know more about the company and the role. Stage 2 was standard numeric and verbal reason types of test. Stage 3 part one technical interview with hiring manager was good. part 2 Case study was focused around 3 methods of transportation between Sydney and Manly where you are a CEO for a particular route having revenue issues. As far as case studies go, this one was badly designed with little room for discussion having only one answer. Likewise, information given in a drip feeding fashion which added to the confusion as well as inaccuracy on core business definitions such as 'Market Share' - Defined as share of number people instead of actual share of the market. Part 3 was probably the most horrendous, the values interview with Chief Analytics Officer, I kept having to repeat answers to every question as he was not paying attention or agreeing when he did not understand a particular answer given. At this point I felt like I just needed to leave.
