Informal and relaxed. They asked about experience, talked about the facility. They talked about the community here which is an interesting mix of geriatrics, ppl with social problems and hi functioning mentally ill. The staff and care coordinators were welcoming and warm. They were the main reason why I took the job. I could see that they really love their jobs and have fun at work. You could also see that they are intelligent and caring individuals.
