    Craigslist posting. Was called for an interview. A panel of 3. Lots of basic interview questions about engineering, estimating and/or construction experience. About 3 days later they called me telling me I was being offered a job. And about a week later they mailed a job offer to my house.

    Negotiated against other offers. Obayashi gave the best offer at the end of the day.
