Mi sono candidato su LinkedIn tramite un annuncio e dopo aver parlato telefonicamente con l hr ho sostenuto un colloquio tecnico in sede a Bari.Esperienza positiva tranne il fatto che a distanza di 2 settimane non ho ancora saputo l esito nonostante mi era stato detto che nel bene o nel male sarei stato informato

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Objectway (Rome)
Interview
They contacted me by phone and asked some general questions about my current working experience. Then i had 2 interviews. The first one with a HR employee, that asked me about my hobbies, my strengths and my weaknesses, why i want to change my job, ecc. i did also a bit of conversation in English. The second one has been a technical interview, where they asked me a lot of questions about Java core and J2EE features.
