The face to face interviews were succinct and effective on allowing me to show my strengths and how I could benefit the unit I have been through a one on one interview with the upper management and also with the fellow RNs in the clinic. This has been in the last 6 weeks and I have yet to hear any feedback regarding a decision. According to the website, the process in still in progress.
