I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ofcom in Apr 2016
Interview
After a general application, I was sent a couple of standard aptitude tests and an essay to complete. Making it through to the assessment center, the day was long and difficult. Questions during the interview phase was pretty standard, but the presentation and summary remained a difficult job. Prepare well, and you'll probably get the job, however, do not attempt it 2 weeks before your dissertation deadline.

Interview
Very organised throughout, majority of the questions are technical related, multiple case studies related to the work that ofcom does. There is a QnA with people currently on the program which is very insightful.
