Group interview that was roughly 2 hours long. Asked scenario based questions to the group where you were asked to discuss how you would respond to different situations. Within the group interview, they will conduct individual interviews that ask general questions such as availability, previous experience, skills, etc.

Interview was ok. But the rest of the process was bad and slightly insulting. They make you play games, one was ok but the math game was not ok. Some of the maths questions were hard questions like 42x7 and you only had like 5 seconds to answer. I went over and above for this role, I even did my pre interview questions online in a car by myself on holiday. I see why they have such bad customer service in store because they cannot even pick good workers from their selection of candidates. I have 2 qualifications around business finance and one around workplace communication and workplace health and safety. But yet 3 weeks later I was told that “we would be going with other candidates” like are you serious. A whole 3 weeks later to tell me that I wouldn’t be getting the job. In conclusion the whole process is crappy and frankly insulting. I’m a year 12 high school student and someone else in my class is hired at a store she works with her mum and seeing her and how rude and I don’t want be rude but not Academically at the average grade of everyone else I was like surely I would get job but no so like yeah be careful!
