I went through four separate interviews.
I was directly contacted by the Director of Recruitment for an Associate Attorney position in the Bethesda office. After a brief phone call, I was scheduled to meet with the Practice Group Director several days later.
I had about an hour-long video interview with the Practice Group Director who, at the conclusion of the interview, advised me that I would be interviewing with a Principal Attorney in the Bethesda office, who also served as the Chair of my Practice Group, who I also spoke with for about one hour.
After speaking with the Principal Attorney/Practice Group Chair, I was then interviewed by two other Principal Attorneys in the Bethesda office.
Finally, after that interview, I had a final interview with Tim Lynch, the Managing Principal of the entire firm.
One day later, I received my offer.
Each interview with the attorneys were essentially the same - asking about my background/experience, cases I had been previously involved in, why I work in my chosen practice area, etc.
