Ogilvy Health Interview Questions

HR screening was conducted first. Next was a Straightforward writing assignment which took about 2 hours to complete. This was pretty comparable to those I’ve had with other companies. There were also interviews with about 6 different people conducted virtually.

Straightforward, casual, and inviting. I would describe it as more of a conversation than a high-stakes interview. I was interviewed by the head of medical and creative writing. Was one of the more pleasant interviews I've had during my career.

Contacted by email to set up a time. Online interview through Teams, offer given after a few days. Responsive interviewers. Good experience overall and would recommend to others. 30 min interview.

Il colloquio prevede 3 step. Le domande sono abbastanza generiche su esperienze lavorative pregresse e formative. In particolar modo chiedono pregi e difetti, chiedendo un esempio per ognuno di essi di un’esperienza in cui questi aspetti sono venuti fuori. Sono molto gentili, cordiali e cercano immediatamente di mettere a proprio agio il candidato. Nessuna domanda personale o fuori luogo

10 days after applying, HR emailed inviting me to a pre-screening call. In this 15 minute video chat, she asked basic filter questions (salary expectations, experience, etc). A few hours later she emailed inviting me to meet more of the team. In this second interview, I had a call with the CCO and 2 Creative Directors. They were friendly and positive, but mentioned several times that employees often have to work late to finish projects. They said they'd like to get someone on board ASAP and will be making a decision that week. I haven't heard back in several days, so I think it's safe to say I did not get the job.

The recruiter reached out pretty quickly and I was followed up with an interview with the director on the account. The Director asked pretty simple standard questions but got wishy washy when I asked about the work/life balance. After my interview, they said they’d be in touch. Never received an email back on status or anything. It’s fine if they moved forward with another candidate but be professional and email interviewees back with status updates. I took time out of my schedule to interview, at least have the courtesy to follow up.

Come prepared. Lots of questions but they are overall nice and friendly. There are 2 stages of the interview process. The first one is with HR and direct line manager and the second is with the MD

Was invited to a virtual meeting with HR rep via Microsoft Teams. Discussed a little about the role and my past experiences. First interviewed lasted about 45 minutes, as was scheduled. Was the first of multiple rounds.

It went really smooth, I loved the HR people and the interview questions were fair and not too hard to answer. I would say that as a college student it was a good interview.
