Oklo (CA) interview questions

The interview conducted remotely and was very brief, less than 20 minutes. It felt rushed and cold. There was no real opportunity develop rapport and the interviewer wanted to quickly get right into granular details. I was hoping there would be an opportunity to explain my background, career and school history but that was not the case. For any future candidates applying, they are specifically looking for someone with experience in power generation and familiarity with data centers.

Screening interview, then interview with hiring manager and technical experts, which culminated in a request for a mini-project. The final interview was conducted after submitting the mini-project. The interview process was focused on regulatory requirements surrounding staffing.
