I applied online. I interviewed at Oliver & Bonacini
Interview
Met initially with Chief People Officer but was then passed to a consultant who doesn’t even work with O&B. Next step after that I was ghosted by both of them even though I’m qualified for the role. Likely a good thing after reading these reviews and talking with some industry friends. If the CPO can’t even follow the ESA and not ghost candidates, that explains the culture throughout the entire company. A simple thanks but no thanks goes a long way to protect the reputation but I suppose they don’t care to do this.

Question 1
Can you describe a time when you had to manage a difficult situation with a high-end customer, and how did you ensure their experience met the standards of fine dining?
Walking into the interview, I immediately sensed a relaxed but professional atmosphere. The interviewer greeted me warmly, making small talk to ease any initial nerves, which set a cordial tone. The conversation flowed naturally—less like an interrogation and more like a two-way dialogue.
