It was a standard process: initial phone screening, conversation with hiring manager, interview with department member, hiring manager and a manager from another department, and finally, a presentation on job-related topics.

Thoughtful, engaging interviews! Wanted to make sure I was the right fit. Mostly a conversation, very friendly. Wanted to understand my strengths and background in details. Very focused on outcomes
Phone call with Recruiter, then phone call with hiring manager (director level). She seemed inexperienced and was not sure what she was looking to hire. I asked her to tell me more about the team that she manages, and she seemed uninterested to even answer my questions.
