after several rounds of interviews, i was told that i was being pitched to the client to see if my background was a good match. Ultimately the client did not see me as a good fit, and over two months of interviews was thrown out the window. This was a bad sign for me, Omnitek should be hiring based on their views of you, not that of the client. i wouldn't have taken the offer if it had come anyways based on that.

I had two rounds of interviews - the first one was the phone interview and the second/final round was two 1:1 interviews. It was mostly behavioral questions. All the interviewers were very friendly and approachable.
