Interview
It is utterly unacceptable and extremely unprofessional that, after scheduling a Google Meet interview following a phone interview, the intern in charge of HR forgot to send me the confirmation email with the necessary link. To add insult to injury, I was left waiting for a whole week, only to receive the email at the very last minute, and even then, it was 2 minutes late. Such behavior is simply not acceptable and does not reflect well on the organization's professionalism. Despite my request to reschedule the interview, my concerns were evidently not taken into consideration.

Interview
The whole process took about a month. The first step was a pre-interview of about 15 minutes on the phone with HR to discuss expectations. The actual interview lasted about 45 minutes and was easy, mostly questions to know about my previous experience and work ethics. It was very human and to make sure the fit was good. They then contacted me to check my references two days later, which they did and it was good as far as I know. About 3 days after that, they sent me an email letting me know they would contact me soon, not to worry, but that they were busy with other things that week. Another week passed so I asked them what was happening with my application to get told they did not have the resources to hire a new employee at this time. I believe they responded only because they felt they had no other choice instead of contacting me sooner to let me know it was not a fit. Very unprofessional.
