On interview questions

First Interview with HR. She asked me about my current role and my salary expectations. Very standard questions and then she explained the next steps, which was an interview with the hiring manager

The process was enjoyable and gave me the opportunity to meet the people I am going to work closely with. After the recruiter screening interview there was system design, hiring manager, cross-functional with a PM and Principal Engineer, and a technical interview with peers. Keep in mind the role I was applying for was a slightly niche position so the process for other Senior Lead roles might be different, the recruitment team will provide a lot of information about each interview. Throughout the process everyone was approachable, collaborative and happy to answer questions openly. The recruitment team did an excellent job, they provided feedback quickly and were responsive to emails throughout. Overall the interview process gave me a strong sense of a company with a healthy culture and a highly collaborative team.
