Good interview process - had 3 rounds before being let down in the end, and after making it through 500 candidates, but a fun process and great firm with admirable ambitions.
Introductory call with the Senior Talent Partner to discuss the Machine Learning Engineer role, focusing on my technical skillset, alignment with the role’s requirements, and the unique value I can bring to the team. Also they explained the company’s culture, role expectations, and growth opportunities for this position.
Online application followed by a Google Meet interview with the store manager, which included around fifteen minutes of interview questions and another fifteen minutes for my questions and further discussion.
