Applied for the role even though it was quite below average pay for the role in our area. I interviewed once on the phone, after a couple weeks of not hearing anything I reached out to follow up. I was responded to that day and asked to come in that day, I explained I was working and asked to arrange a time, and was told it was today or not at all as it was the only day the three managers were available. I made arrangements to be able to attend, where they were not only late for the interview, but all managers were not available as previously stated. After the lengthy interview I asked for a timeline and what next steps are. They said another 3-4 weeks and that next steps would be to meet the practice manager that didn't show up to the first interview as promised. It seemed really unprofessional to reach out to a qualified candidate and expect them to be there same day for some nonsense reason, when they had a 4 week timeline to make their next decision. I was so turned off by the way they treated potential employees I withdrew my application. About 3 months later, I was contacted again asking to come in for another interview. I asked about compensation at this point since I had already completed 2 interviews. They refused to provide any compensation information unless I was offered the position after the 3rd interview. I emphasized my withdraw of the application after their clear demonstration of lack of empathy for employees/potential employees lives. When I brought up their negative employee reviews, they just said "people quit when they see higher pay rates", and had zero insight to the hostile work environment their reviews painted clearly. I've seen the same position posted 4 times in the last 8 months. Seems like this company needs to get with the times and realize that we aren't settling for unfair pay and hostile work environments anymore.
