Interview
Had a brief phone conversation with the recruiter and then went on to do 2 rounds of Teams interviews with people from the department. Was told I would hear from someone regarding a decision within a week but it's been over a month, and they've completely ghosted me. No updates or insights either way.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Oncourse Learning (Bend, OR) in May 2021
Interview
The recruiter called 15 minutes late, and they only asked me 3 questions. The whole thing took under 10 minutes. The only question and answer they’re interested in is salary based. As soon as I answered, the interview was basically over. They mentioned the cost of living being lower there. While the home prices are lower, the property taxes are 4x higher… so it’s actually not a lower cost of living in actuality.
