One Nevada Credit Union interview questions

Called by HR and subsequently scheduled for an interview a week later with the hiring manager. I arrive on-site after a 1.5 hour drive. HR notifies the hiring manager I am on-site for the interview, the manager acts like they weren't even aware of it and HR takes me to a conference room where I wait at least 20 minutes for them to come interview me. They have no questions prepared and when I ask technical questions about the role they won't even disclose any information about the department or their systems, which defeats the purpose of me even asking questions. No email or any kind of communication from them afterwards saying they chose someone else or thanking me for taking 4 hours out of my day to attend the interview. Only reason I'm disappointed I wasn't made an offer is so I could turn it down.

The interview took about 30 minutes. Very easy and laid back interview. I applied online and received a call maybe the following week. My interview was a week later. I was hired about 2 days after the interview. The next step was the background check and drug testing. They cut out chunks of your hair for the drug test and its all in different random areas. The entire drug testing and background check took about 2 weeks so it took about 3 weeks before I officially started working with ONCU.
