Tres bonne communication jusqu'au jour ou je n'ai plus eu de reponses du recruteur interne. Seulement un email me demandant d'evaluer mon experience sur le processus de recrutement. L'equipe avait l'air sympa, dommage qu'ils ne donnent pas d'explications aux candidats qui n'ont pas etes retenus et ignorent ensuite les demandes d'information.

Highly disorganised, misleading, dishonest & unprofessional. Time wasting and disrespectful to candidates. Process initially fairly smooth. After receiving a written offer, which I've accepted, no contract was ever sent, and I was fed continuous lies and false promises by the recruiter and hiring manager for the following 2 weeks about it all being signed off and that the contract would be sent the next day. The company then went radio silent for another week. When I chased again, I was told that the company was suddenly in a global hiring freeze (even though they are still advertising nearly 200 jobs globally and welcoming new hires on social channels) but that a business case would be submitted for another approval. Not heard anything further from anyone at the company since. No one could be bothered to provide an update, apology, or formally withdraw the offer. Whether this is an unfortunate one-off or a systemic issue, that's not how candidates should be treated. Beware when dealing with this company and don't forego other opportunities until you have a contract in hand.
