Application process was very straight to the point, you don't need to send a CV or write an a cover letter.
First you fill out an online questionnaire and record a video introduction. The next stage involves how you would handle common customer service scenarios. You are asked to compose draft emails in response to customer queries and record audio responses like you would leave a voicemail.

Automated written and oral tests where you give examples of your customer service responses to specific queries. Test using Shopify to input gift card valid for one year. Meeting for onboarding.
