Interview process was disappointing unfortunately. I arranged an interview for the role and joined at the scheduled time, however the interviewer didn’t attend and I received no communication beforehand or afterwards. I followed up but never heard back.
I understand things can come up unexpectedly, but some communication or rescheduling would have been appreciated as candidates also invest time preparing for interviews.

Interview
The process started with an application, followed by a screening, a skills task, and a formal interview with the department manager. Surprisingly, the feedback was not provided by the interviewer themselves, but instead passed along by the talent acquisition team, which felt dismissive. From the outside, the company projects energy and professionalism, but internally some interactions felt less genuine. While the public image is polished, there appears to be limited diversity and inclusion representation behind the scenes.

Phone call, no feedback given, not even told I was not going to the next stage. Thought it was. A bit inconsiderate, as I had spent time researching company and their competitors ready for the interview.
