Ontario Universities' Application Centre interview questions

Group panel, 60 mins, two male and one female interviewers, no HR involvement. Manger was in charged of asking questions and taking notes. Typical behaviour questions, then asked details on school projects or side projects.

There was a phone interview and an in-person interview. They weren't very flexible with interview times and during the in-person interview they criticized other applicants for their spelling and punctuation in their resumes and cover letters. It felt like the kind of place where you know they are talking about you negatively as soon as you leave.
