Very efficient interview process. Did a personality test, cognitive quiz, and 2 interviews in person within an 8 day span. Great communication between the recruiter at HQ and the branch where I interviewed. I was very impressed by their vetting process and it seems like they put time and effort into selecting the right people.

Final interview involved doing a sales presentation and cold call roleplay.

Interview
Standard situational questions. But then they also do a mock/role play cold call as if you were calling a prospect. Also, you have a skype interview with the DVP and RD. Then a proposal delivery of which they give you no information.

Long and drawn-out way to many forms to complete background to extensive to sell janitorial services especially when Openworks was lied about all the services offered. Ask interview manager to produce a few former employees to rate this company.
