Proceso largo, con test de 3 horas, coloquio tecnico de 1 hora con 3 personas.El test es un poco largo y con preguntas que son ambiguas , es para meter un filtro pero se podria hacer de otra manera

Process was easy and straightforward. After the usual recruitment initial call, you get an offline coding challenge, and after that comes a follow up call with some developers, which by the way, were amazing people to meet,
Unfortunately even after being informed the interview process went well and i would hear an offer from them, i’ve been ghosted and never heard back even after trying to get in touch by more than one channel. I’m really disappointed

El proceso es largo y consiste en varias entrevistas técnicas y una de recursos humanos. Primero se envía una prueba de código, luego una entrevista online con dos miembros del equipo android sobre la prueba y preguntas frecuentes android, a continuación se tiene una entrevista con recursos humanos para ver si estas alineado con los valores de la empresa y tus expectativas y finalmente si lo consideran otra prueba técnica con el manager de ingeniería
