The process started through a recruitment company. OpenBravo (OB) schedules a technical meeting. They require me to complete a self-assessment through Excel and say they will provide me an AWS test 2 hours before the meeting itself. Since the recruitment company could not provide me details about the OB and the position, I ask them for a quick chat with HR and someone technical to know more about them and the job (Skype or phone were options). I get completely ignored and, on the contrary, they go ahead and schedule the meeting they wanted at 10AM.
The recruitment company contacts me later that evening before the interview to know how it was going. I explain them they are ignoring anything I previosly asked. Later that night, at around 11PM I receive another email with an AWS test (architecture design, D&R, ...) that I was supposed to complete that night so that I could attend the very next morning the meeting.
That was completely ridicolous and unprofessional.
Needless to say, I didn't bother with them after that.
