I’ve just done the online interview and it was great!
Very simple questions aimed at seeing who you are as a person really. Shorter than you’d expect.
I’ve been lucky enough to have passed this stage! Thrilled.
My advice is to be yourself. Honestly. It’s that simple. Relax and enjoy it. There is ample time to complete these short questions. Put some thought into your answers. They want to know who you are, as a person, so tell them! 🙂
Very pleasant and clear procedure. Dress smart. No clutter in the frame. Be happy to talk on a webcam. It’s really easy if you relax. Be 100% honest and sing it from the heart!

I’m not sure if I’m ethically allowed to repeat an online interview question? It would kind of defeat the object of it all. I’m so sorry. It just wouldn’t be right. In lieu of this, I’ve given what I would consider valuable help in another way.

Awkward doing the questions online makes it difficult no help, and then short email reply’s about getting the job or not hardest part for a 4 stage interview.
