I was interviewed by a Recruiter for a position within a client of OperationsInc. The call went seemingly well and at the end she stated that she would be submitting my resume to the client and would have feedback by the end of the week. This was about a month ago. I've received no feedback and I would be reluctant to work with them again or recommend anyone to do the same. One of the basic functions of recruitment is managing the candidate experience and providing feedback, especially after you state you'll be submitting someone. To go dark on a candidate is a massive misstep and something that should never happen on any level in recruitment.
