Last minute interview, but overall good experience. Questions were straight forward, and time for interview was standard. The online assessment isn’t necessary considering the questions asked over the phone and 2nd step through zoom.

Interviewed by project manager and a Team Leader- was asked generic questions on experience and education. Was asked about previous conflict resolution question.
Overall it was just a test to see if you can get along with the call center floor.
