It was easy going and almost felt like a conversation. The recruiter was very kind. I felt excited and motivated talking about my projects because the recruiter showed genuine interest in what I had to say. That made me want to work for the company.
The interview process is very long, as it requires to interview with many different people from very different teams.
First of all, the good part. The interviewers are very nice and make you feel at ease. They are happy to reply to the various questions and give a friendly and relaxed vibe that makes you perform better (that is, for what are standard coding interviews).
Now the bad part: the interview process is pretty long, with many back to back interviews that make you waste a lot of time. And I say waste as you can get rejected with a feedback such as "we decided to proceed with other more experienced candidates"; experience level is detailed in the CV, and maybe a better selection should be made in advance in order to avoid wasting the candidates' time.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at OptumSoft in Oct 2018
Interview
1. Assignment consists 4 questions related to automate monitoring.
2. Face to face interview (it went more than 4 hours and then kept my application on hold for 45 days.)
3. After multiple follow up another face to face interview ( again it went more than 4 hours).
4. After 4 days finally they said you are rejected.
It was highly unprofessional type of interview. They posted opening for DevOps engineer but asking questions related to IOT ie Technical staff engineer, as they only told in last.
