Interview
First screening with recruiter, discuss their product and basic roadmaps. Then discuss candidate's past experiences.
After screening, there is a leetcode style coding round. It used a third party online coding tool called skillsproject.ai
Took over 3 weeks to get to the final round. Most of the technical team is in Asia which could make it difficult to collab on work. Seems very fast paced.
