Interview
The process was smooth. The person who interviewed me was very engaging which is why I get to answer everything on my mind. They are also very honest about what kind of workplace Oracle Netsuite is.
If they think you are not suitable for the position you applied, they will propose another role you can consider. Unfortunately, some will not reach out to you once you are rejected, they will just ghost you and will not provide feedback.
