The interview process consisted of multiple interviews all done over the phone/video chat.
To start, I had a phone screening with HR who then set up an interview with the Marketing Manager. My interview with the Marketing Manager was over video chat and consisted of some interview questions along with a conversation about the company and position. After this interview I was contacted again for a final video interview with the Marketing Manager and Vice President Sales and Marketing. This interview was similar and consisted of interview questions along with a description of the company and conversation about the company's mission. During both interviews I had the opportunity to ask questions. All interviewers were extremely friendly, professional, and transparent in keeping me informed about the process. I was offered the position within a week of my last interview. I currently work for the company and could not be happier. I feel that the company represented themselves with complete accuracy in the interview process.
