Orndorf & Associates interview questions

Started with an hour-ish phone screen, the first 15-20 mins of which was them selling themselves. Then a somewhat casual conversation discussing items on the resume and how I personally tackled certain projects. They said they would be screening all candidates and get back to me in 2 weeks with an answer positive or negative. However, no such follow-up occurred, which says something about how they view employees (small firm, so it's not like they had an endless list)
