Oron Healthcare Group interview questions

All HR functions are handled by an outside firm. Candidates are first screened and interviewed by the outside firm. You are then scheduled for an interview with a manager if you are one of the top three candidates.

The interview was very informal, held offsite at a Starbucks. Most of the questions related to marketing and website design knowledge. I was approached for my sales experience, so we did touch on how I would approach a sale and my experience talking to potential clients. She didn't seem to have many questions prepared for me, and all-in-all the interview felt a little chaotic and spur-of-the-moment. It remained short, she arrived late to the interview and left after maybe fifteen minutes of discussion.
