      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Otrium

      Interview

Overall, the application process was a discouraging and frustrating experience. The first red flags appeared when scheduled meetings were repeatedly canceled or rescheduled at the last minute, disrupting my schedule and expectations. There was a lack of clear timelines or structured process guidance throughout the entire process. The situation escalated when I was eventually informed that the position I was applying for was no longer needed. This news came as a disappointment after the time and energy I had invested in the application process. Even more concerning was the fact that the position was still open on LinkedIn, raising questions about the transparency and consistency of the recruitment process within the company.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you had a frustrating interviewing experience with us at Otrium, specifically changing the interview times - we will aim to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. We understand that the role you applied to did change scope/requirements after a month of being online, despite retaining the same job title - so this must have been confusing and seemingly misleading, for that we apologise. Thank you again for sharing your feedback, we will endeavour to take your remarks forward with us to make the interview process, and experience, better for current and future candidates.
