Ounce Steakhouse interview questions

I did not have a formal interview. I was contacted by my former supervisor and he asked me if I would consider leaving my job at the time. I met with the owner and he told me what the job would entail. I was then given a tour of the restaurant and introduced to the kitchen staff.
