It was well structured and organized.
I had to go through three rounds of the interview process namely:
1. Technical (Basic Programming in SQL, C#, HTML & JS)
2. Technical (Basic OS and WOW)
3. HR (Job Profile discussion)

How to design the classes and methods of a small application.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OutSystems (Braga) in Mar 2025
Interview
There were 3 interviews in total: 1 screening interview with the project manager and 2 technical interviews with members of the engineering team.
All interviews were 1 hour long.
The whole interview process took about 2 weeks.

In the first technical interview, they asked me to solve a few coding problems, either about SQL or about algorithms and optimization.
The second interview was about software architecture, where they gave me the description for a small application and asked me how I would implement it.

Interview
Fast and straight to the point, spoke with team manager and had 2 technical interviews with the dev team. All interviews were remote, nice and friendly people. The manager answered my questions as well and asked for expectations
