Workable and interviews were friendly. There was a lot of preparation needed. Especially on the technical part. They negotiate on compensation though so make sure to come prepared and know all the benefits, chances of promotion, etc

Interviews are conducted in three stages: a phone interview with an email evaluation, a video conference interview, and another email assessment. Throughout all of my sessions, I was treated with respect. A casual conversation with informative content and two-way interactions.
