Outseer interview questions

1) Received an invitation for an initial HR interview. 2) Had a zoom interview with two team members. 3) Had a zoom interview with the team leader. After the third interview, I did not receive any updates for over two weeks. I followed up with HR, and shortly after, I received a generic rejection email.

At first I sent them a CV. After that, the recruiter had a hard time explaining the position itself. and said that I have to answer 10 questions when I take a picture of myself. The questions must be answered in English. The questions themselves were very general. I had to answer some questions in a video recording in English, and then there was a telephone conversation
