It was a three step interview process with a Manager, Director of branch operations and executive. After that, an offer is made or not made. Due to COVID-19 this may look a lottle different.

If you are an entry level person, you more likely than not will get an interview. The job is easy - look for people to work for less than livable wage and put them out to work.
- Are you okay with cold calling and emails? Working long hours?

Anonymous Employee in Dallas, TX
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Outsource (Dallas, TX) in May 2019
Was asked questions took a drug test, not much else to say. It was straight forward, and I drove a king distance. I'm not fond of this writing a review. The area is stupid and I'm just adding words to help me get through this annoying portion. Is there really anything else I must have done. Seriously not cool
- What is your experience

The process was good, it is a three step process. One phone interview, one in person and then Skype with Corporate Office. After that you go through the background check and drug screen process then an offer letter.
- Name a situation where you resolved an issue.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Orlando, FL
I applied online. I interviewed at Outsource (Orlando, FL) in Sep 2018
It's the normal interview process except they gave me drug test on the spot. You cannot reach anyone at the Orlando office. They don't answer emails or return calls or text messages and after finally reaching someone they devalue your experience and low ball on wages.
- Do you have reliable transportation?

Anonymous Employee

Had five separate rounds of interviews for this low paying hourly position. Hiring manager missed the call the first round, and was 30min late to the second interview that made up the first one. The whole process was a complete mess. Was told I would be phone interviewed with ONE hiring manager, was then surprised with a second immediate interview with the same exact questions. Outside looking in, the whole system was a mess. Can't imagine how it is actually working there.
