Outsource is amazing, I just hit my second year anniversary and they provide you structure, support and ability to grow in your career.

Cons

Long hours, but nothing worth doing is easy and you are compensated extremely well as you progress in the company!

If you’re looking for a career change this is a good place to work. With all the cons I will say you definitely learn how to time manage. Accounting team is amazing especially when it comes to communication!

The company is cheap. They rather run leaner and put more work and stress on your plate than pay their current employees on the corporate side what they deserve for all the work they have you do. Raises are only Pennies. As far as my department my experience was made up of more cons than pros. Exec boss constantly had issues with my work. Very nit picky about the less important things. Would constantly say I could come to her if I needed help or guidance but every time I came to her with my concerns or needing some help with my work load. I was always questioned on why I couldn’t complete my tasks and would brush me off until I would have basically a mental breakdown for her to hear me & then would turn around and say I should have come to her earlier about it. I don’t mind constructive criticism but I rarely also ever got praise on my work and received more feedback on what I’m not doing or what I’m doing wrong. I constantly felt like my best was never good enough and they always found something to talk to me about that they were displeased with. They say they’re there for you but they’re only there to protect the company they could care less about you. Their priorities are about the recruiters and making the company money. I was looking for a new job and when they found out they basically pushed me out of the company and forced me to resign abruptly and when I said I wasn’t planning on leaving anytime soon until I found another offer so I could build up more experience they didn’t care and forced me to resign and leave that same day. I’ve been looking for work and asked to use them as a reference since they said I could and I wasn’t leaving on bad terms and now refuse to cooperate. This could just be my experience and not everyone else’s but I would not work here again or refer anyone to this company. If you’re looking for a great cultural fit and want to make friends and have fun with your coworkers to make work more enjoyable it’s so so. Everyone is different but they’re more heavy on I’m only here to work and not make friends. Just keep that in mind if you’re used to a more socially enjoyable team/environment.

Worst CFO. Doesn't even have CFO experience. She was the owner's neighbor, that's how she got the job.

My co-workers at Outsource were my favorite part of the organization. They have managed to assemble an incredible group. The work is fast paced and no day is the same. Very good benefits.

Managing field labor is tough. They are a little behind on compensation in certain areas. There was an underlying lack of trust between employees and upper management.

I have been with Outsource for a few years and can gladly say the company has grown in a positive direction over the last few years. The company has adapted to more modern ways (work from home, more PTO, work life balance, etc.) and is fun to work for. -Offers good PTO -Work from home flexibility -Fun staff to work with -Management cares about employees -Promotes from within -Uncapped commission -Continuously growing as a company

Cons

Occasionally you can get stuck working after hours, however, OT is offered when this happens and it's pretty rare.

Pros

Employer has been quick to get me work. I am a good worker though. I have worked on and off with them over the last couple years. Varying length assignments, between a day and six weeks. Easy to submit hours.

Short term employment. Kind of a pain to get hours verified.
