Relaxed very laid back. Not intense like other interviews i've had before. You're brought to the home office and you partake in 3 interviews for the day. All being part of the chain of command you will report to.

Interview
It was an HR round and went pretty well. Behavioral interview mostly with a few questions regarding details of past projects.
Be prepared with questions such as why Owens and Minor, why this position specifically, what are your career goals and how this position is in line with them, how will your background (experience and education) add value to the company, what is the salary you expect for this position, examples of failures in your past, references and what do you think they will say about you and so on....
The best thing to do is be well prepared and be yourself; if you really want to work in the company. its a great place (from what i have heard).
